We’ll revive the wild, untamed parts of ourselves and learn to say „No!” to anything that doesn’t serve our true needs.

Over the next six weeks, I will be your partner in this transformative process. We will engage in regular, structured practices designed to make these new behaviors and mindsets part of your daily life. This consistency is vital – it’s the bedrock upon which true transformation is built. By committing to regular practice, you will progressively strengthen your ability to remain centered in your authentic self, even in challenging situations.

One of the most powerful lessons we’ll cover is the ability to say „No!” – a simple yet profound act of self-assertion. Saying no can be transformative, particularly for those who have spent a lifetime prioritizing the needs and wants of others over their own. By learning to refuse what doesn’t serve you, you reclaim your energy and focus it on what truly matters to your well-being and growth.

  6. #Creator. We are taught to create from a place of abundance and overflow. This mindset shifts our approach from scarcity to plenty, enabling us to produce, innovate, and give generously in all aspects of life.

I WANT IN

From a past filled with shyness and self-doubt during my school and high school years, my journey shifted dramatically after I began exploring meditation and various other therapies and energy work post-high school.

For 26 years, I have been on a quest to find my own space where I feel at home, embraced in acceptance and friendship. It took me a while, but I eventually realized that this special place is within me, not outside. It’s a space where being yourself is easy, living truthfully and authentically without the fear of disappointing others or facing rejection.

I am eager to share these experiences with you through a series of simple yet effective practices.
